Thursday’s Blotter: Nude woman, group perform ‘ritual’

A resident reported at 12:12 a.m. Thursday that a group of 12 people were in the Jacuzzi area of a housing complex in the 20300 block of Bluffside, none of whom resided in the complex, and drinking alcohol.
