Farm credit conditions weaken amid high energy prices (Iowa Farmer)

WICHITA, Kan. (AP) ? Farm credit conditions in some parts of the West and Midwest weakened in the third quarter, with more farmers falling behind on loan payments and asking for extensions, the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City said Tuesday.
